Camping Lantern Battery Operated

October 14th, 2010 at 20:10

I'm living (temp) in La Quinta,CA I have all the Camping Gear and nowhere to put it, single female w/ sm.dog?

I'm 52 yr. old female, been out of work for 2 years. I'm waiting for unemployment (tier 5) to kick back in (????) I have a little Terrier mix that I've had for nearly 5 years (giving him up is not an option). He's been the only in my life that is solid since I lost my job. He's my best friend and I am his. We would suffer greatly if separated, this I know is a fact. We have nowhere to go and to be safe. We have a 13'x10' tent, coleman stove, lantern and ceiling fan(both battery operated), blowup mattress and pump, I also have (2) propane canisters. I receive food stamps on the 7th of each month. We just need a safe place and can work. Oh...we also need a ice chest. Thank you and God bless. Sincerely, Katherine

Contact your local rescue mission and sadly give up the dog. A woman your age on the streets camping in an ally is a recipe for disaster. That's why they have shelters so that folks as your self can get the help they need and job training to improve their situations. The SPCA can take good care of fluffy and find it a home where someone else is better able to provide.
