What should i do this summer i want beach and sunshine fun! I love beach camps know any close to reno neavada?

Im the typ of girl who is happiest in her 2 peice swim suit tannting with friends I am going for one week to hawie with my family and one week at the beach(tahho) at a camp with my best friend (the camp is only open for that week) im 15 not that limmeted by price i can get about 300$ for summer camp from my mom so where can i camp close to reno neavada in the usa where i can soak up the sun all day and read a good book. Im passive i love ppl all i want is the zen of sunbathing on the beach with a good book but i cant drive.

I go to Europe. This summer, Im going to Rome!!!!
